Women's & Children's Hospital Endoscopy Theatre

This was a very challenging project which provided a new state-of-the-art Endoscopy Suite in an existing operating theatre within a fully operational OR suite.

It was specifically designed to allow for construction whilst maintaining a sterile environment and is the first facility of its type in Australasia.

Special emphasis on young patients was considered, to make it a less intimidating and more positive experience for children. Part of this process included the commissioning of bright and engaging mural artwork.

The project required consultation and coordination with specialist medical equipment suppliers from Europe and this award winning Suite has been widely acclaimed for its excellent outcome.
